Ikamatua Hotel
Situated in the heart of the township of Ikamatua on State Highway 7 in the Grey Valley between Greymouth and Reefton. Ikamatua is a small rural orientated township which feeds a well established farming community. It is directly opposite the Atarau Road Junction which leads to Blackball, Taylorsville and also the new Pike River Coal development.
The Hotel has traded consistently between $300,000 and 500,000 over the past years with a well established clientele. It enjoys customers from the rural community along with holiday makers, rugby clubs, four wheel drive clubs, duck shooters, fishermen, wood chops also is a TNL preferred Truck Stop which will capitalise on the soon to open Pike River Coal development. At present there is regularly 7-8 big rigs parked for the night.
The Hotel includes a well established bar, hotel accommodation, 10 cabins, two bunk rooms, six caravan points and a three bedroom home with attached flat.
